Oakley Billions (they/them) is a Story Artist and Character Designer from Alabama who currently resides in Valencia, California. They enjoying boarding energetic pieces with a focus on comedy or horror, and are currently attending CalArts for her BFA in Character Animation, set to graduate in May 2021. Oakley enjoys playing video games, petting dogs and hunting for cryptids in their spare time. They are currently available for freelance projects.
